ReplyDeleteNow that we have the venue we can start planning the fun stuff!! Here are my thought for committees thus far:
-Food (Maybe we could break this up into FRI/SAT and SUN/MON committees??)
-Adult Activities/Games
-Kid Activities/Games
-Finance and Logistics (keeps track of who owes what and arrival/departure info for all families involved)
#1 - I think we need to have a "planning committee" that oversees planning for the entire weekend. The committee should have a chairperson. The committee can then decide what sub-committees are needed.
